To get you started, you will meet with Meg Willis of Good + Simple Wellness for an in person 1:1 coaching session. You will learn will how to use Kettlebells, the TRX and Battle Ropes so when you head back to ROOT on your own to go through the program, you will be ready to safely perform all the movements required.
Meg has been coaching for over 10 years and prides herself on attention to detail, fostering coaching relationships and encouraging clients to be their best selves.

All gym sessions must be pre- booked directly through Alex at Natural Vibes Studio. She’ll help you find the best times that fit your schedule.
While Meg won’t be physically present at the gym beyond the first session, she’ll be coaching you virtually throughout the 4 weeks. You’ll still get that 1:1 attention and support through check-ins and the app.
You can message Meg anytime through her coaching app. She’s available to answer questions, adjust workouts, or give you a little push when you need it.
